When you book a ride, you consent to receive SMS messages from Nelson Car Service related to your trip. Message frequency is typically 2–3 messages per trip. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate our business — for example, Twilio, which delivers our SMS notifications on our behalf.
